High pressure check valve refers to the valve that automatically opens and closes the valve flap by relying on the flow of the medium itself, which is used to prevent the medium from flowing backwards. It is also called a backflow valve and a back pressure valve.
(1) Swing type high pressure check valve
Its disc is disc-shaped, and rotates around the rotating shaft of the valve seat channel. Because the channel inside the valve is streamlined, the flow resistance is smaller than that of a butterfly check valve, which is suitable for low flow rates and large changes in flow Caliber occasions. However, it is not suitable for pulsating flow, and its sealing performance is not as good as that of lifting type. There are three types of butterfly check valves: single, double and half. These three types are mainly divided according to the valve diameter, in order to prevent the hydraulic shock when the medium stops flowing or flowing backward.
(2) Lifting high pressure check
Its check valve slides along the vertical centerline of the valve body. The internally threaded check valve can only be installed on horizontal pipelines. On high-pressure small-diameter check valves, the ball can be a ball. The body shape of butterfly check valve is the same as that of globe valve (can be used with globe valve), so its fluid resistance coefficient is large. Its structure is similar to a globe valve, with the same body and disc as the globe valve. The upper part of the valve disc and the lower part of the valve cover are processed with a guide sleeve, and the valve flap guide can be freely raised and lowered in the valve guide. When the medium flows downstream, the valve flap is opened by the thrust of the medium; when the medium stops flowing, the valve flap falls on the valve seat by hanging down, which prevents the medium from flowing backward. The direction of the medium inlet and outlet channels of the straight-through butterfly check valve is perpendicular to the direction of the valve seat channel. The vertical lift check valve has the same media inlet and outlet channel direction as the valve seat channel, and its flow resistance is smaller than that of the straight type.
(3) Butterfly high pressure check valve
Its check valve rotates a pin around a pin in a valve seat. The butterfly check valve has a simple structure and can only be installed on horizontal pipelines, and has good sealing performance.
(4) Pipeline high pressure check valve
Its valve slides along the centerline of the valve body. Pipeline check valve is a new type of valve. Its small size, light weight, and good processing technology are one of the development directions of check valves. But the fluid resistance coefficient is slightly larger than the swing check valve.
(5) Compact high pressure check valve
This valve is used as a boiler water and steam shutoff valve, and it has the integrated function of a lift check valve and a stop valve or an angle valve.
In addition, there are some non-return valves that are not suitable for pump outlet installation, such as foot valve, spring type, Y-type and other non-return valves.
The valve is used as a device for preventing the medium from flowing backward on industrial pipelines.
(1) When the medium flows in the prescribed direction, the valve flap is opened by the force of the medium. When the medium is backflowing, the valve disc is closed due to the deadweight of the valve disc and the valve ’s reverse force, which closes the sealing surface of the valve seat to prevent the medium from flowing back.
(2) The sealing surfaces of the valve body and valve disc are made of stainless steel.
(3) The structural length of this valve is in accordance with GB12221-1989, and the flange connection size is in accordance with JB / T79-1994.
The check valve is an automatic valve, and its main function is to prevent the medium from flowing backward, to prevent the pump and the drive motor from reversing, and to release the medium from the container. Check valves can also be used to supply lines to auxiliary systems whose pressure may rise above the system pressure.
