The double-flange differential pressure transmitter is one of the differential pressure transmitters produced by Jiangzhou, but considering its particularity, the related issues that should be paid attention to when installing the differential pressure transmitter, Jiangzhou professional engineers share with you the precautions during installation.
It is better to choose double flange single capillary. Double flange capillary remote transmission differential pressure transmitter is suitable for:
1. Viscous medium at high temperature;
2. Easily crystallized medium;
3. Precipitation medium with solid particles or suspended matter;
4. Strongly corrosive or highly toxic medium;
5. It can eliminate the leakage of the pressure pipe and pollute the surrounding environment; it can avoid the tedious work of frequently replenishing the isolation liquid due to the unstable measurement signal when the isolation liquid is used;
6. Continuously and accurately measure the interface and density;
7. The remote transmission device can avoid the mixing of different instantaneous media, so that the measurement results truly reflect the actual situation of process changes;
8. Places with high sanitation requirements;
9. For example, in the production of food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, not only the location of the transmitter contacting the media must meet the hygienic standards, but also it should be easy to rinse to prevent cross-contamination of different batches of media.
If it is a high-temperature device, the medium in the capillary must be resistant to high temperature, otherwise it will cause measurement errors.
Double flange liquid level transmitter is currently the most widely used liquid level measuring instrument. Due to the needs of the technological process, and sometimes for economic reasons such as saving the material of the pressure guiding tube, the double flange liquid level transmitter is often installed in the site with relatively poor working conditions. The correct installation of the liquid level gauge and the pressure guiding pipe directly affects the accuracy of its measurement.
1. Prevent the transmitter from directly contacting the corrosive or overheated measured medium;
2. It is necessary to prevent scum from depositing in the pressure guiding tube;
3. The pressure guiding tube should be as short as possible;
4. The liquid column heads in the pressure guiding pipes on both sides should be kept balanced;
5. The pressure guiding pipe should be installed in a place where the temperature gradient and humidity fluctuation are small and there is no impact or vibration.
1. The pressure guiding tube should be as short as possible;
2. When measuring liquid or steam, the pressure guiding pipe should be connected upwards to the process pipeline, and its slope should not be less than 1/12;
3. For gas measurement, the pressure guiding tube should be connected downward to the process process pipeline, and its slope should not be less than 1/12;
4. The layout of liquid pressure-guiding pipes should avoid high points, and the layout of gas pressure-guiding pipes should avoid low points;
5. The two pressure pipes should maintain the same temperature;
