1. The manual valve is the most widely used valve. Its handle is designed according to the normal manpower, considering the degree of sealing and the necessary closing force. Some people are used to using the wrench: you should pay strict attention, do not use too much force, otherwise it will easily damage the sealing surface.

2. Open or close the global valve, the force should be stable. Some components of high-pressure valves that are opened and closed by impact have been considered that this impact force is not equivalent to a general ball valve.

3. Before the gas valve is opened, it should be preheated and the condensed water should be removed. When opening, it should be as gentle as possible to avoid water hammer.

4. When the global valve is fully open, the handwheel should be reversed a little to make the threads tightly tight to avoid loose damage.

5.For open-end valves, you should remember the position of the valve stem to avoid hitting the top dead center when fully open. And it is convenient to check when it is fully closed. If the industrial valve is detached or a large debris is embedded between the valve plug seals, the position of the valve stem will change when fully closed.

 

Valve use precautions

1. When the pipeline is used initially, there is a lot of internal dirt, the ball valve can be slightly opened, and the high-speed flow of the medium is used to wash it away, so that it is repeated several times and then gently closed.

2. Normally open the valve, there may be dirt on the sealing surface. When it is closed, it should be washed out by the above method and then officially closed.

3. If the handwheel and handle are damaged or lost, they should be immediately assembled. It should not be replaced by a live wrench, so as not to damage the valve stem, and the opening and closing is not working, resulting in an accident in production.

4. Some media is cooled after the ball valve is closed, so that the valve member shrinks, the operator should close the second time at the appropriate time, so that the sealing surface does not leave a slit. Otherwise, the medium flows through the slit at a high speed, and it is easy to erode the seal. surface.

5. When operating, if you find that the operation is too laborious, you should analyze the cause. If the packing is too tight, it can be loosened properly. If the valve stem is skewed, the person should be notified to repair it.

Tips for valve

1. After the high temperature valve above 200 °C is used normally, the temperature rises, the bolt expands and the gap increases, so it must be tightened again, otherwise leakage will occur easily.

2. When the weather is cold, the water valve should be closed for a long time, and the water behind the valve should be removed. After the steam valve is stopped, the condensate should also be excluded.

3. Non-metallic valves are hard and brittle, and some have low strength. When operating, the opening and closing force should not be too large, especially not to make it strong. Also pay attention to the object of bumping.

4. When using the new valve, do not press the packing too tightly to prevent the stem from being pressed too much, which will accelerate the wear.
