In the angle globe valve, the fluid only needs to change direction once, so that the pressure drop through this valve is smaller than that of the conventional structure globe valve.

Plunger globe valve

This form of globe valve is a variant of a conventional globe valve. This valve is mainly used for "open" or "closed", but a special form of plunger or special collar is available to adjust the flow.

 

Second, according to the position of the thread on the stop valve stem, the stop valve can be divided into the upper thread stem valve and the lower thread stem valve.

Upper threaded stem globe valve

The thread of the stem valve stem is outside the valve body. The advantage is that the valve stem is not affected by the medium and easy to lubricate.

Lower threaded stem stop valve

The thread of the stop valve stem is in the valve body. This structure of the valve stem thread is in direct contact with the medium, is susceptible to erosion and cannot be lubricated. This structure is used in places with small caliber and low temperature.
